This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from Jonathan’s Shop.

Note: This policy applies only to products fulfilled directly by Jonathan’s Shop. Products fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g., Printful) may have different shipping policies.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders for products fulfilled by Jonathan’s Shop are processed in the mornings, seven (7) days a week.
  • For local deliveries, orders may be completed the same day, with delivery taking 2–3 business days depending on the selected option and conditions.
  • For all other orders, processing and delivery times depend on the carrier used.

Processing times may be affected by high order volume, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.


2. Local Delivery

Local delivery is available only within the following ZIP codes:

  • 15701
  • 16211
  • 15767
  • 16201
  • 15705

Local Delivery Options & Rates

  • Same-Day Delivery: $20 flat rate
  • 2-Day Local Delivery: $7.50 flat rate
  • 3–7-Day Local Delivery: Free shipping (no minimum order)

There is no minimum order requirement for local deliveries.

Same-day and 1–7-day local delivery availability may be affected by severity of weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Outside Local Delivery Areas

For deliveries outside the listed ZIP codes:

  • Shipping carriers vary depending on the order
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the selected carrier and service level

We do not guarantee delivery dates for non-local shipments.


4. Shipping Methods

We offer for products fulfilled by Jonathan’s Shop:

  • Standard shipping
  • Expedited shipping

Available options and timelines are displayed at checkout and may vary by location and carrier.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined as follows:

  • Free shipping for qualifying orders

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available only in the following states, subject to a minimum order requirement:

  • New Hampshire

Free shipping minimum order thresholds are shown at checkout and may change without prior notice.

Local deliveries are exempt from minimum order requirements.


6. Weather and Service Disruptions

Same-day and 1–3 day deliveries may be delayed or unavailable due to severe weather, road conditions, or other safety concerns.

Jonathan’s Shop is not responsible for delays caused by such conditions.


7. Tracking Information

At this time, tracking numbers are not provided for products fulfilled by Jonathan’s Shop.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

As a startup business:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages once an order has been handed off to a carrier
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during transit

Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be directed to the carrier when applicable.


9. Incorrect Addresses

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will be cancelled.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


10. U.S. Shipping Only

Jonathan’s Shop currently ships within the United States only.
