Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jonathan’s Shop. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, if applicable
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Items must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items
  • Final clearance items
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer

Custom-made items are eligible for return as long as they meet the standard eligibility conditions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

You must provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

Once we verify the issue, you may choose between:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (minus original shipping costs)

We may deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or appear fraudulent.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost
  • Refund processing generally takes 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to fully post the refund.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We will provide instructions on where to send the item and what information is required.

Items returned without prior communication may result in delays or rejection.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges for defective or damaged items follow the same process as returns.

Exchanges for non-defective items are not offered at this time.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
